Worx did a good job @ keeping replacement parts propriety....This battery cost almost $200!!.....not to mention the battery charger....($40)...There's basically no customer service, and because of cost, I'd suggest looking at the B&D 36V self-propelled machine....The Worx mower works well, but I had to really search looking for a replacement battery charger which cost about $10....Another suggestion is contacting a local company that specializes in batterys and chargers...

The battery never accepted a full charge. After about a month it would not charge up at all getting only to about 22 volts. After contacting Worx, they acknowledged I had a bad battery and will ship a replacement battery free of charge. I consider that very good costumer service. I rate this at 3 stars because of the customer support, which I would rate 5 stars.
